Does my card get charged immediately upon ordering a product?

Your payment will be processed immediately. Initially, it may show up as a pre-authorization on your account, but as soon as it’s confirmed, it will reflect as a transaction in your statement.

Do you have print-on-demand items such as shirts, mugs, etc., in your design?

Absolutely, we provide the facility to not only request a fresh design but also to modify the existing ones from our shop. You’re free to request amendments in font, quote, image or any other element you wish to tweak. You even have the option to forward us a pre-existing design. We ensure to meet your request by appropriately printing and delivering it.

What happens if I provide the wrong address?

If you provide an incorrect address but the package has not yet been sent, please notify us via email and we’ll adjust it to the correct address. However, if the parcel is already on its way, we’re unable to redirect it to your new address. As a result, it’s crucial to verify that the address you input when making your orders is correct.

The item I received is defective.

Should you receive an item that is defective, all we need from you is a picture of the product along with your order number. If the product you’ve received is flawed or it deteriorates after its initial wash, rest assured we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. The best part? There’s no need to return the defective product – a simple photo will do the trick.

What should be the resolution and format of the images I submit?

To enhance the quality of the printed image, high-resolution images are advised. For the optimal result in your photo gifts, an image with a pixel density (PPI) of 150 or above is preferred. Moreover, make sure the photos are in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format.
